Tasha recently graduated from the University of Regina with a Bachelor’s of Social Work. From a young age, she has had a love and passion for animals. Growing up, Tasha could always be found spending time with an animal, whether it be with a horse, dog or lizard. Her love for animals led to her spending most of her time riding horses since she was the age of four and competing in equestrian showjumping. Being involved in the equine community, Tasha has always shown a passion and understanding of the importance of animal welfare among many types of animals. This passion, alongside her passion for helping humans, led her to the Family Ties Coordinator position.

Tasha shows her continuous love for animals outside of work; she has two dogs, a cat, a horse and two guinea pigs. She is also involved as a volunteer/advisor for Audeamus, a service dog organization, and on the Board of Directors for the Yorkton Veteran Foundation.
